Bharat Social Entrepreneurs Association provides platform for social entrepreneurs and Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) to share ideas and collaborate with each others in human development across India.

Primary focus of Association is Panchayati Raj, Rural Development and Farmer Welfare.

Panchayati Raj

Association will strengthen governance structure at grass root level with responsible and responsive leadership i.e. Social Entrepreneur. Currently, Panchayat List of Constitution of India lists 29 items for Panchayats. Association will encourage active and effective participation of citizen in governance process for their own welfare.

Rural Development

Association will work for creation of economic and social infrastructure on public-private partnership model that will ensure large scale employment generation and better facilities at par with smart cities. Educated youth with resources will be guided in taking up projects for on commercial principles to generate large scale employment and affordable facilities for local residents.

Farmer Welfare

Farmer Welfare measures will include cost reduction in input items, farm operations, storage and distribution of farm produce. Alternate employment and business opportunities will also increase income of farmers substantially.
